I’ve not read previous comments, but the number 8 isn’t the only player allowed to pick up the ball, that privilege is for the player furthest back (I apologise for my clumsy language, I haven’t checked the wording of the laws). If a scrum wheels, that could easily be one of the flankers. I won’t watch the rest of the video and will ask UA-cam to not recommend this channel. It’s basics.
